The working principle of industrial gas burner is to convert heat energy through the chemical reaction mode of combustion, specifically, it is to mix the air and fuel (usually gas) through the premix device in an appropriate proportion, so as to make it fully burned. This combustion process can stably fire and burn in the furnace, thus converting the chemical energy into heat energy.

Its construction includes the following systems:

1, air supply system: responsible for sending air into the burner and mixing with fuel. It usually includes components such as fans, air ducts, and regulating valves.

2, Ignition system: the function is to ignite the mixture of air and fuel, its main components are: ignition transformer, ignition electrode, electric fire high voltage cable.

3, monitoring system: the function is to ensure safe and stable operation, its main components are flame monitor, pressure monitor, temperature monitor and so on.

4, electronic control system: it is the command center and contact center of the above systems, the main control element is the programmer, for different burner with different program controllers, common program controllers are: LFL series, LAL series, LOA series, LGB series, the main difference is the time of each program steps.

5. Fuel supply system: responsible for conveying the gas to the burner and adjusting the gas flow as needed. It usually includes components such as gas pipes, regulating valves, and metering devices.
